Mistress Morgan Thorne

Victory Burlesque

The building itself dates back to 1921 as The Standard which started life showing Yiddish films. In 1935 is changed names to the Strand and begun showing second run films. In 1941 it became The Victory and began showing new movies, and finally in 1961 it became Victory Burlesque.

It had a longer run than most strip clubs today but finally closed it's doors in 1975.
